A global group with a major footprint across the region is hiring a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join its KSA team in Jeddah.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Sales and Marketing owning execution in-market, driving visibility at point of sale, and helping shape how brands win in retail.

What you’ll be doing (key responsibilities)
Trade Marketing Execution & Campaign Delivery
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing strategies across retail partners, wholesale, and key trade channels
- Coordinate trade marketing campaigns end-to-end: timelines, assets, partner coordination, and in-market execution
- Ensure activations are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to commercial objectives (sell-in / sell-out)
Trade Shows, Exhibitions & Events
- Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions including booth setup, registration, logistics, supplier coordination, and promotional materials
- Manage event readiness: POSM, samples, collateral, staffing, and post-event reporting
POSM / Marketing Materials / Brand Visibility
- Manage production of trade marketing materials (brochures, flyers, product samples, promotional items)
- Supervise POSM production and monitor deployment across stores/outlets to ensure compliance and quality
- Support store-level visibility audits and execution standards
Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (sales volume, market share, customer feedback) and recommend improvements
- Support market audits and reporting cadence (monthly tracking / reviews)
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and retailers; provide support and resolve day-to-day execution issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery
- Participate in periodic meetings and present updates on execution, performance, and next actions
Budget Tracking & Compliance
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly expense tracking for trade marketing activities
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, processes, and brand standards across all activities
- What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales (FMCG / retail environment strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, retail execution, and go-to-market activations
- Confident with market research, analysis, and turning insights into action
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal + external)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and comfortable using marketing tools/software
- Arabic and English required
- Willingness to travel for trade shows/events as needed
