About the Role

You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • **Sales Performance:**
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets by identifying and qualifying leads to create new sales opportunities.
  • **Portfolio Growth:**
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers, successfully creating profitable business from both new and existing accounts.
  • **Strategic Relationship Management:**
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, acting as a "trusted advisor" in the delivery of optimum marketing solutions.
  • **Customer Insight:**
  • Ensure perfect customer relationship management through a deep understanding of customer marketing needs, requirements, and objectives.
  • **Consultative Proposal Development:**
  • Prepare detailed promotion plans, adapted recommendations based on specific brand briefs.
  • **Financial Governance:**
  • Secure timely payment collection for all executed campaigns and services.
  • **Service Excellence:**
  • Continuously seek ways to raise levels of customer service by implementing feedback loops and driving service improvements.
  • **Reporting:**
  • Maintain transparent communication and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Sales.

Qualifications

  • **Experience:**
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally within a Marketing Agency, AdTech, or FMCG environment.
  • **Knowledge:**
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape in the KSA and how brand managers allocate Marketing and trade marketing budgets.
  • **Technical:**

Experience

  • and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • **Communication:**
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex digital solutions for traditional marketing teams.
  • **Language:**
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • **Network:**
  • An existing network of contacts within the marketing departments of major FMCG companies and Key KSA Retailer is highly preferred.
