Help ensure visitors have a safe, informative, and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct guided tours and explain the farm's activities, facilities, and attractions.
- Provide information about agriculture, sustainability, local culture, and environmental practices.
- Coordinate visitor activities and keep tour schedules running smoothly.
- Answer visitor questions and provide assistance when required.
- Ensure visitors follow safety and site guidelines.
- Report visitor feedback and operational issues to management.
- Support special events, educational visits, and group tours.
- Maintain a professional appearance and high customer service standards.
- Prepare and coordinate tour areas before and after visits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tour guiding, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of agriculture, tourism, or environmental sustainability is a plus.
- Candidates should be friendly, organized, and confident speaking to groups.
Compensation
- The salary is QAR 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work is in person.
