Sales role promoting and selling products or services, assisting customers, and contributing to sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, explain products, services, prices, and offers, and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Promote products, generate sales, follow up with customers, and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare sales orders, quotations, and basic reports; maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Keep products and displays clean, organized, and attractive; support marketing and promotions.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company results.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Professional, pleasant, presentable, and customer-focused manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 3,500 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
- The position may involve direct customer interaction and promotional activities.
Targets
- Work may involve daily or monthly sales targets.
