Support the planning, preparation, setup, service, and cleanup of catering events while ensuring professional service, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare event catering areas and arrange food, beverages, tables, and equipment.
- Serve food and beverages and assist with buffet and event service.
- Handle, store, and serve food safely; maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, waiters, and event teams and monitor event supplies.
- Transport and organize catering equipment and supplies.
- Provide friendly guest service, then clean and pack equipment after events.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety standards and perform other assigned catering duties.
Requirements
- Previous catering or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good customer-service and communication skills; professional, friendly, and well-presented.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with good teamwork and organizational skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1,500 per month.
