A reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced **Time Keeper** to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing attendance and timesheets for a large workforce across multiple construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and monitor daily attendance of site workers and staff.
- Maintain and update timesheets for **500+ manpower**.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports to HR and project management.
- Track working hours, overtime, and leave records accurately.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure proper timekeeping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Requirements
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Time Keeper in a **construction company** (mandatory).
- **Valid UAE driving license** (required).
- Proven ability to manage timesheets for **large manpower (500+ employees)**.
- Proficient in MS Excel and timekeeping systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Salary & Benefits
- **Salary:** AED 3,000 per month
- Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
