Time Keeper
About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to join our payroll team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing employee attendance, working hours, and leave records to ensure smooth and error-free payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately track daily attendance, working hours, overtime, leaves, and absences for all project staff
- Maintain and update attendance records using biometric systems
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports on attendance and labor utilization
- Coordinate closely with HR, Payroll, and Project Managers for seamless payroll processing
- Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar payroll/attendance role
- Hands-on experience with biometric attendance systems (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage
