Provide professional spa treatments and services to guests to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and well-being.
Deliver a high-quality spa experience and support guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa therapies.
- Assess guest needs and preferences to customize treatments.
- Keep treatment rooms clean and organized and maintain a tranquil atmosphere.
- Promote spa services, upsell treatments, record bookings and guest information, and address feedback.
- Work with the Spa Manager on treatment protocols and menu offerings; stay current on wellness trends.
- Uphold sanitation and safety measures, participate in training, and follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.

- Provide a welcoming and professional experience and ensure guest comfort and well-being during treatments.
