Monitor site operations to ensure work follows project plans, technical requirements, and quality standards.
Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support efficient site execution.
Site operations and coordination
- Monitor daily site activities against schedules and specifications, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Verify availability and proper use of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and external parties to resolve issues and share progress, risks, and technical concerns.
Progress and technical support
- Track progress, identify delays or challenges, recommend corrective actions, and maintain daily activity records.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans; provide technical guidance and support troubleshooting.
Documentation and accountability
- Prepare site reports, logs, and inspection records accurately for project tracking and audits.
- Deliver planned work to schedule, use resources efficiently, and report deviations from planned tasks.
- Escalate complex issues and support quality control, process improvements, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Follow relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality controls.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of work experience.
Technical and functional competencies
- Project management, plans and drawings, information and reporting, and project coordination.
