Test Manager role in QualityKiosk's MS Banking and Financial Services business unit.

Responsibilities
- Lead test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Drive UAT delivery, resource management, risk mitigation, quality governance, and project sign-off.
- Perform hands-on testing when needed and manage stakeholder walkthroughs, requirement clarifications, and UAT coordination.
Experience and domain requirements
- Extensive testing experience across corporate banking products, including cash management, payments, trade finance, lending, collections and receivables, VAM, and digital banking.
- Strong payments exposure, including NPSS, WPS, SWIFT, and corporate payment processing workflows.
- Experience testing host integrations, file-based transactions, channel interfaces, and end-to-end customer digital onboarding.
- Experience with UAE banks and understanding of UAE corporate banking regulations, payment systems, and banking operations.
- MindGate DigiTB platform experience is advantageous.
