Functional testing role supporting migration and implementation of the Nucleus FinnOne Neo loan management and collections platform.
The work focuses on validating loan lifecycle management, repayment processing, and collections workflows.
LMS and collections testing
- Test loan booking, accounting entries, disbursement, interest calculations, EMI schedules, repayments, and closures.
- Validate migration scenarios from legacy systems to FinnOne Neo.
- Test delinquency tracking, allocation and classification, collections strategies, legal and recovery processes, and dialer integrations.
- Verify handling of non-performing assets, overdue accounts, and recovery cases.
Integration, data, and test execution
- Test integrations with core banking, payment, CRM, data platform, and middleware systems; validate data flow and reconciliation.
- Verify migration data during mock runs and reconcile legacy and new-system records, financial transactions, and balances.
- Execute SIT and end-to-end scenarios, support business-driven UAT, and capture, analyze, and track defects.
- Maintain test execution dashboards, defect metrics, and daily or weekly status reports.
Required experience and skills
- The description states 3–8 years in functional testing and strong experience with LMS and collections systems.
- Knowledge of loan servicing, EMI, interest, amortization, and foreclosure is required.
- Experience with SIT, end-to-end and integration testing, and data validation and reconciliation is required.
Preferred skills
- FinnOne Neo experience is preferred.
- Exposure to collections tools such as dialers and legal workflows, and knowledge of banking regulations or reporting, are good to have.
