Test Manager in the Banking and Financial Services business unit, based in Dubai according to the posting.
Responsible for governing and leading SIT across Oracle ERP programs and enterprise implementations, enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and govern end-to-end System Integration Testing for Oracle ERP applications.
- Define test strategies, plans, schedules, and quality gates.
- Manage testing across Oracle ERP modules and integrated systems.
- Oversee test estimation, resource planning, execution tracking, and status reporting.
- Drive defect triage and timely defect resolution.
- Establish test metrics, dashboards, and quality reporting for leadership.
- Ensure testing follows standards, processes, and best practices.
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation during test execution.
- Support UAT planning and production readiness.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Technical and domain experience
- Oracle ERP Applications, including Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and AFCS (Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management).
- Oracle ERP integrations, interface testing, and end-to-end business process testing.
- API, batch, middleware, and third-party integration testing.
- Financials, Procurement, Projects, and HRMS modules are preferred.
Mandatory experience
- 15 or more years of testing and quality assurance experience.
- At least eight years in test management or test leadership roles.
- Strong Oracle ERP implementation and testing experience.
- Experience governing large-scale SIT programs.
