Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand intake, resource planning, capacity management, forecasting, and fulfillment while optimizing resource utilization across projects.
• Create short- and long-term forecasts using project pipelines, opportunities, capacity, and market trends.
• Monitor resource costs, utilization, project profitability, and revenue performance to drive margin improvement with delivery and finance teams.
• Lead effort estimation, resource estimation, and workforce planning for opportunities, project extensions, and change requests.
• Coordinate with clients, business teams, and delivery stakeholders on resource needs, staffing, escalations, and relationships.
• Support strategic planning with workforce modeling, capacity planning, demand-supply analysis, and risk assessment.
• Maintain demand, allocation, utilization, forecasting, and financial data; produce MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership insights.
• Identify process improvements, operational excellence opportunities, and data-driven decision-making improvements.

Required experience and capabilities

• Required experience stated as 17–20 years.
• Demand management, workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Margin and profitability management; effort and resource estimation.
• Client and stakeholder management; strategic planning and decision-making.
• Data management, MIS, analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
