Territory Sales Manager
About This Role
WTS is hiring a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth within the IT Infrastructure and Data Centre solutions space. The role will focus on expanding market presence across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, targeting enterprise, commercial, and key stakeholder accounts through a solution-focused sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for network infrastructure and data centre solutions within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory-level sales and business development strategies
- Engage in consultative / solution sales by understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored IT solutions
- Manage key accounts while expanding new customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, system integrators, partners, and channel stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and internal teams to deliver successful solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates
Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT networking and Data Centre solutions
- Mandatory background working with an IT Vendor or IT System Integrator selling IT infrastructure solutions
- Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Information Technology
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia
- Strong solution-selling and consultative sales capability
- Proven track record in business development, account management, and channel management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethics and commitment to performance
- Arabic speaking candidates are strongly preferred
