Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate
- cost estimates
- for Fit-Out / MEP projects based on drawings and specifications
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, and project requirements
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare
- tender submissions
- , pricing, and commercial proposals
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost comparisons
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams
- Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records
- Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings when required
