About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end tendering process from RFQ review to submission
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation for FF&E packages
- Analyze supplier quotations and assist in pricing preparation
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, samples, and delivery schedules
- Follow up on purchase orders and procurement timelines
- Assist in contract review and documentation control
- Maintain supplier database and support vendor coordination
- Prepare technical and commercial submission documents
- Track procurement progress and report delays or risks
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 7 12 years of experience in FF&E tendering or procurement
- Strong knowledge of FF&E materials and suppliers
- Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
