Job Summary

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• .Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources
• .Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
• .Monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement

• tMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• .Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock audits
• .Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• .Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock availability
• .Team Managemen
• tSupervise warehouse staff, supervisors, storekeepers, and forklift operators
• .Assign tasks and monitor employee productivity
• .Conduct training and performance evaluations
• .Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• .Logistics & Distributio
• nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• .Ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries
• .Liaise with transport providers and suppliers
• .Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues

• .Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
