Overview
Procurement Coordinator provides daily operational and administrative support to the MEA Lifecycle Services team.
The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic individual capable of managing purchase activities efficiently while coordinating with internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities
include overseeing procurement across the MEA region, managing and coordinating the vendor PO process for MSOL Lifecycle Field Services, and supporting contract management activities to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue third-party service vendors POs (if applicable).
- Review and receive supplier/factory invoices for timely payment.
- Screen customers and vendors using Amber Road screening.
- Carry out new customer and vendor registration in the respective business systems as required.
- Issue purchase orders to factory to supply products under warranty/goodwill, PPE and Engineer tools.
- Ensure timely submission of vendor invoices for payment processing
- Expedite with vendors for deliveries , manage on time suppler deliveries , tracking and status update of all
Basic Qualifications
- 0\~1 year Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
- Knowledgeable of business systems (Oracle, CRM, etc.)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and other engineering software)
- Must be proficient in the English language.
