Vega Leader, an authorised partner of Virgin Mobile, seeks a motivated, target-driven telesales representative.
The role supports customer retention, promotes products and services, and contributes to sales and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Engage existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide suitable solutions to retain customers.
- Promote and sell products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales and customer-retention targets.
- Build positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain high customer service standards and follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer retention, customer service, or a call centre is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills; target-oriented and motivated to meet sales and retention goals.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Must have own visa. One year of UAE telesales experience and one year of telecom experience are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
