Vega Leader, an authorised Virgin Mobile partner, is hiring a target-driven B2C Sales Promoter for its telecom sales team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Promote Virgin Mobile products and services to potential customers.
- Engage customers professionally and raise awareness of available offers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
- Work in retail and event-based environments.
Requirements
- Previous sales, promoter, retail, or customer-facing experience is preferred; UAE sales experience of one year is preferred.
- Telecom sales experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
- A positive, energetic, customer-friendly, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach is sought.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month, with commission and incentives mentioned as earning opportunities.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; retail and event-based work is stated.
