Responsibilities

• Contact prospective SMEs and respond to financing inquiries through approved remote channels.
• Explain financing products, eligibility requirements, and application steps; qualify leads using business details, financing needs, and customer interest.
• Follow up on incomplete applications and missing documents; refer qualified leads needing field support to Sales Agents with handover notes.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead qualification, and conversion targets; maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead status, and follow-up actions.
• Follow approved scripts and confidentiality procedures without promising financing approval.
• Comply with the code of conduct, ethics, rules, and regulations; promote company values and culture, complete assigned organizational tasks, and share know-how with the team.
