Job Summary

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in credit risk or financial analysis are an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in credit risk analysis, credit assessment, financial analysis, or similar roles, preferably within a fintech, payments, or financing company.

Technical and Soft Skills

• Credit risk assessment and creditworthiness evaluation.
• Financial statement analysis and interpretation of financial data.
• Credit scoring, risk rating, and exposure assessment.
• Knowledge of credit policies, financing procedures, and risk assessment frameworks.
• Intermediate in financial analysis tools.
• Understanding of financial regulations, credit risk controls, and relevant KSA regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial assessments.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (required); Arabic is a plus.

Job-Specific Responsibilities

• Analyze financing applications and assess customer creditworthiness based on financial information, credit history, and relevant risk indicators.
• Evaluate credit risk exposure and recommend appropriate financing decisions, credit limits, and terms in accordance with established credit policies.
• Review financial statements, transaction data, and other supporting documents to identify potential risks and assess repayment capacity.
• Monitor existing financing portfolios to identify changes in credit quality, emerging risk patterns, and potential signs of delinquency.
• Prepare credit assessment reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support financing approval decisions.
• Ensure credit assessments comply with internal policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and relevant KSA financing regulations.
• Collaborate with the Financing, Sales, and Operations teams to facilitate credit assessments and support timely financing decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit assessment procedures and risk evaluation methodologies to strengthen portfolio quality and minimize potential credit losses.
