Seeking confident, target-driven telesales representatives comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and handle objections.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries and warm leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
- Build customer rapport and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, call center, BPO, customer service, or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently; target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Immediate joiners only.
Salary and benefits
- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
