Job duties
- Recruit, interview, and onboard employees.
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and working schedules.
- Coordinate payroll, salaries, incentives, and employee records.
- Monitor employee performance, targets, and productivity.
- Arrange staff training on visa processes, customer service, and company policies.
- Handle employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with sales, counselling, documentation, and operations teams.
- Maintain HR policies, employment procedures, and confidentiality.
- Submit regular HR reports to management.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
- In-person work.
Requirements
- Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR processes.
- Ability to handle employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to coordinate payroll, salaries, incentives, attendance, leave, and working schedules.
