The role involves speaking with potential clients by phone and supporting real estate sales lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients and introduce real estate projects and services.
- Understand client requirements, provide relevant information, and qualify potential buyers or investors.
- Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good communication.
- Update client details and call records in the company CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication in English and confidence speaking with people over the phone.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills; target-oriented and motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate experience is an advantage.
- Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or other additional languages are a plus.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.

- Work location is in person.
