The employer is seeking confident, energetic Calling Agents for its real estate team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Introduce real estate projects and services to leads.
- Understand client requirements, provide relevant information, and qualify potential buyers or investors.
- Schedule sales appointments, follow up with clients, and maintain communication.
- Record client information and calls in the company CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with sales colleagues and hand over qualified leads.
- Maintain a professional, positive manner in client interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; confidence and comfort speaking over the phone.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills; target-oriented and motivated to grow in sales.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate experience is advantageous; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or other additional languages are a plus.
- Candidates based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
