Create engaging, high-quality, brand-aligned content showcasing properties, the team, and company culture across social and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos, including property tours, lifestyle videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop campaigns and content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and property launches.
- Follow social media and real estate marketing trends and viral formats.
- Write captions, video scripts, and storyboards; maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong content creation, videography, photography, and editing skills using a mobile or professional camera.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or CapCut; these are listed as alternative tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and algorithms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Creative thinking, strong communication, and time-management skills.
- Real estate or luxury/lifestyle content experience is a plus.
