Are you a confident communicator who loves sales and enjoys connecting with people?
Join our growing Dubai real estate team and be part of one of the world's most exciting property markets.
We're looking for energetic, target-driven professionals who can generate leads, build relationships, and help clients explore lucrative real estate investment opportunities in Dubai.
📍 Location: Dubai
💰 Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
🔹 What You'll Do
- Connect with potential clients through outbound calls
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Promote Dubai real estate investment opportunities
- Schedule appointments and consultations for property advisors
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
🔹 What We're Looking For
- ✔ 1–2 years of telesales, outbound calling, or cold-calling experience
- ✔ Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry
- ✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
- ✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- ✔ Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities
- ✔ CRM knowledge is a plus
- ✔ Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
