Overview
Viviana Properties is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage branding, lead generation, and online marketing campaigns for the Dubai real estate market.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, and content strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Real estate industry experience in Dubai preferred
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Experience in lead generation and campaign management
- Good communication and content planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Run paid advertisements and optimize campaign performance
- Generate quality leads for the sales team
- Coordinate branding, content creation, and marketing activities
- Monitor analytics and prepare marketing performance reports
- Improve online visibility and audience engagement
