We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Relationship Manager
to join our real estate team, specializing in the
secondary market (resale properties)
in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing property transactions, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in secondary market properties
- Source property listings and maintain an updated inventory of resale properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
- Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closures
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, and conveyancing) for smooth transactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in the secondary market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market, communities, and developers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Currently based in the UAE
