Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate) – Zenora International

Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** Competitive Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission + Performance Incentives

About The Role

Zenora International is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing Dubai real estate team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, promoting premium off-plan and ready properties, and scheduling appointments for the sales team through professional telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads and databases.
  • Handle inbound property inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Introduce Dubai real estate investment opportunities and company projects.
  • Understand clients' investment requirements and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for Property Consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients until conversion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities. (homehustlerdubai.com)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, call center, or customer service is preferred.
  • Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Urdu.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. (Indeed)
