Overview

**Job Title:** Telemarketing executive– Real Estate Lead Generation

Job Summary

Zenora International is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Real Estate Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to engage prospective clients interested in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided databases.
  • Introduce Dubai real estate projects and understand customer requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and investment goals.
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales Team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Russian are an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from the Dubai office.
