Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / Telesales Executive

About The Role

Zenora International is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller/Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential property buyers and investors, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided databases.
  • Introduce and promote Dubai real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and property presentations for sales consultants.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate project information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
