Overview
We are looking for a motivated **Telesales Agent** to generate and qualify sales leads for our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills with **previous experience working for a real estate developer preferred**.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Promote real estate projects and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–2years of telesales experience.
- **Experience with a real estate developer is preferred.**
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
AED 4,000 Salary + Incentives
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
