Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing effectively.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Assist in market research and sales reporting activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Spanish.**
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
