- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
- List and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online listings and social media.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations to potential clients.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms and agreements.
- Provide guidance on legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
- Prepare and review property-related documents, including contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Oversee the transaction process, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and developments.
- Provide clients with insights into market conditions, investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the research team to compile market reports and data.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
