Telesales & Administrative Executive – Coffee Trading
About This Role
We are a coffee trading company specializing in premium coffee imported from Yemen and supplying both local and international markets. We are seeking a motivated and organized Telesales & Administrative Executive to support our sales operations and daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Telesales Duties
- Contact potential and existing clients to promote coffee products
- Generate new business opportunities in local and export markets
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B customers (cafés, distributors, retailers)
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Administrative Duties
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records of clients, orders, and transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for imports (especially from Yemen) and exports
- Track inventory and assist in stock management
- Support general office and operational tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales and/or administrative roles
- Experience in coffee industry or FMCG trading preferred
- Knowledge of import/export processes is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
