About the Role

We are looking for a confident, professional, and highly motivated Telesales & Account Executive (indoor sales) to join our Dubai office. In this role, you will primarily engage with existing UK-based business customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring we are maximising every sales opportunity. Your goal will be to drive repeat orders, upsell product ranges, and build strong rapport with our loyal client base.

Alongside account management, you will also be responsible for contacting potential new business leads, helping us expand our UK presence through targeted outbound calls and follow-ups.

This is an ideal role for someone who is charismatic, patient, calm under pressure, and thrives in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and manage existing UK business accounts to secure repeat orders and maximise account value.
• Identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our product range.
• Make outbound calls to new and prospective business leads to introduce our products and convert them into active customers.
• Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, orders, feedback, and account activity.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets related to sales, calls, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with the UK team to align on product offerings, promotions, and customer insights.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English speaker with excellent phone etiquette, grammar, and communication skills.

• Prior experience in telesales, customer account management, or B2B calling is preferred.
• A calm, patient, and charismatic approach with the ability to build genuine customer rapport.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and internal systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Dubai.
