Telesales & Call Center Executive – Aesthetics Clinic

About The Role

• We are looking for a persuasive, bilingual, and highly organized **Telesales & Call Center Executive** to drive sales and manage patient bookings for our premium aesthetic clinic.
• You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for turning inquiries into successful appointments and maintaining strong patient relationships.

• You **WILL NOT** be considered if you do not meet all three of the following criteria:
• **UAE Experience:** You must have prior **ONE YEAR** working experience in the UAE.
• **Aesthetics Experience:** You must have a **ONE YEAR AT LEAST** background working specifically in an Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic.
• **Dubai Resident:** You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• **Inbound & Outbound Calls:** Confidently handle a high volume of incoming inquiries and make proactive outbound calls to warm leads and existing patients.
• **Sales & Conversions:** Educate patients on our cosmetic treatments, skincare services, and current promotions to successfully close sales and book appointments.
• **CRM Management:** Accurately record all patient interactions, bookings, and lead follow-ups using **Odoo CRM**.
• **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional, VIP-level customer service, resolving inquiries and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• **Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed daily/monthly call and sales targets to maximize your commission earnings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Industry Experience (Dealbreaker):** Proven telesales or call center experience within the **Aesthetic or Cosmetic Clinic** industry. You must be familiar with aesthetic treatments and terminology.
• **UAE Experience (Dealbreaker):** Minimum 1+ years of verifiable experience working in the UAE.
• **Location (Dealbreaker):** Must currently reside within Dubai.
• **Languages:** Fully bilingual and highly articulate in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• **Software Skills:** Hands-on experience working with **Odoo CRM** is highly preferred; ability to learn and navigate CRM systems quickly is essential.
• **Skills:** Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and telephone etiquette skills.

Important Job Conditions

• **Visa:** The company **does not** provide a visa. You must be on your own valid UAE visa (spouse, family, Golden, or freelance visa).
• **Compensation:** Base salary of AED 3,500 plus an attractive commission structure based on performance and sales targets.
