Promote and sell telecommunications products and services, acquire new customers, and achieve monthly sales targets while providing customer service.
The role reports to the Sales Manager.
Sales and customer responsibilities
- Sell SIM cards, mobile plans, internet packages, and other telecommunications services.
- Find potential customers through calls, visits, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Explain product features, pricing, contract terms, and available offers.
- Complete registrations, verify documents, and coordinate service activation.
- Support customer relationships, renewals, upgrades, and additional sales.
- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate complaint resolution.
- Maintain sales records and submit daily activity reports.
- Follow registration procedures and telecom provider requirements for data privacy.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience; telecommunications experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
- English proficiency; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.

Monthly sales target achievement.
New customers and successful activations.
Lead conversion and customer renewal rates.
Accuracy of customer documentation and sales reports.
