Key responsibilities
- Supervise telecom system installation checks, energization, testing, commissioning, and documentation against approved procedures, ITPs, drawings, and specifications.
- Lead fault diagnosis and corrective actions for cabling, fiber, networking, power and grounding, equipment, CCTV, PA/GA, access control, and communication systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, QA/QC, vendors, and other disciplines; keep testing records, fault reports, corrective actions, and final acceptance documentation.
- Ensure faults are rectified and retested and systems are ready for client or project acceptance.
Telecom systems and testing
- Hands-on experience with FOC, LAN/WAN, structured cabling, CCTV, PA/GA, telephone, access control, radio and communication systems, network switches, telecom racks, and UTP/STP cabling.
- Testing knowledge includes OTDR, fiber continuity and optical loss, copper cable testing, network connectivity, equipment and interface checks, system integration, and functional testing.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,500–5,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
