Role overview
An experienced Senior Planner is sought for an Oil & Gas EPC pipeline project.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms.
- Coordinate planning activities with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and subcontractor teams.
- Perform critical-path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule forecasting.
- Develop recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to meet project milestones.
- Support progress measurement, schedule risk assessment, and project controls reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10–15 years of project planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Experience in cross-country pipeline projects is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Experience in baseline scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting, and recovery planning.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 5,800–18,000 per month.
