Role overview

Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to leads from portals, campaigns, databases, and referrals.
• Handle inbound enquiries and qualify leads by budget, location, property type, timeline, and purpose.
• Arrange property viewings and meetings for property consultants.
• Follow up with warm leads and re-engage dormant leads.
• Log calls, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share project details, payment plans, and new-launch updates with prospective buyers.
• Keep up to date on Dubai's off-plan and secondary property markets.
• Meet daily and weekly call, qualified-lead, and appointment targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of telesales or call-centre experience; Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required; Hindi, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is an advantage.
• A clear, warm, professional phone manner suited to high-net-worth clients is required.
• Persistence and a positive attitude when handling objections and rejection are expected.
• Comfort with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, PropSpace, or similar, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office is required.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through are required.
• Applicants should be based in the UAE and available immediately or on short notice.

Compensation
