Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals using knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
- Meet assigned revenue targets and source property inventory, including ownership information.
- Generate leads through networking and build relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
- Respond to inquiries using strong customer-service practices and follow up regularly.
- Research local markets, review property listings, and evaluate property values.
- Create property listings with photographs, descriptions, and marketing materials.
- Negotiate transactions, review offers, and help ensure legal requirements are met.
- Answer client questions, address concerns, and provide updates throughout transactions.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, property trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Efficient time management and organization.
- Responsive, professional, customer-focused approach.
- Russian, French, German, or Arabic language skills are an asset.
Compensation
- The position is described as commission-only.
