Nine Star Properties is hiring an experienced recruiter to headhunt and hire proven property sales talent in Dubai.
The recruiter will own the hiring pipeline as the sales team grows from 15 to 35 agents.
The role is office-based in Dubai, reports to the Sales Director, and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert top-performing agents at competing Dubai brokerages and developers.
- Map the Dubai market by agent performance, community, and firm, and maintain passive-candidate pipelines for agents, team leaders, and support roles.
- Run hiring from sourcing and first-round interviews through reference and track-record checks, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate onboarding, including RERA/DLD registration and Broker card readiness.
- Report weekly on pipeline, interviews, offers, joiners, and early retention; strengthen the employer brand and manage agency and referral relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years hiring for UAE real estate brokerages or developers.
- Proven headhunting track record, an existing network of Dubai property agents and team leaders, and strong knowledge of the Dubai market, RERA rules, and agent commission structures.
- Confident selling opportunities to people who are not looking to move; excellent English.
- Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, and reporting on numbers.
- Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or other languages are a strong plus. UAE residence visa and driving licence are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month, based on experience, with per-hire incentives.
- Medical insurance is provided.
