Role Overview
Hiring a Telecaller & Inventory Collector for a real estate brokerage in Dubai.
The role sources property listings and coordinates with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Cold call property owners and landlords to collect fresh sales and rental inventory.
- Verify property details and availability, and follow up with owners about listings and exclusivity.
- Update inventory records, share active listings with the sales team, and maintain daily call and inventory reports.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Experience in real estate telecalling or inventory collection is requested.
- Strong phone confidence, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market are requested.
- Applicants should be target-driven, comfortable with cold calling, and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Pay and Benefits
- Full-time role with pay of AED 3,500–6,000 per month plus commission.
- Performance-based growth and a supportive team environment are offered.
Work Location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
