Als Tele Sales Executive (m/w/d) bist du der erste strukturierte Kontaktpunkt für potenzielle Kunden.
Du nutzt bewährte Gesprächsleitfäden, dokumentierst alle Ergebnisse sorgfältig und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Leadqualifizierung.
Diese Position ist ideal für umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeiten, die klare Prozesse einhalten, Verantwortung übernehmen und zuverlässig im Hintergrund arbeiten möchten.
Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Strukturierte Erstansprache: Kontaktaufnahme mit vorqualifizierten Leads anhand eines klaren Gesprächsleitfadens und präzise Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
- Verlässliche Terminvereinbarung: Organisation von Terminen zwischen potenziellen Kunden und unserem Strategieteam, klar, verbindlich und termingerecht.
- Protokollierung & Übergabe: Detaillierte Dokumentation der Gesprächsverläufe und strukturierte Übergabe qualifizierter Kontakte an das Sales-Team.
- Kommunikationspflege: Sicherstellung, dass keine Information verloren geht, durch saubere Arbeit im CRM-System und regelmäßigen Kontakt zu Interessenten.
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Entlastung des Vertriebsteams durch Ordnung und Verlässlichkeit im Leadprozess.

- Du drückst dich klar, sachlich und freundlich aus, telefonisch wie schriftlich.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Listen, Tools und strukturierter Dokumentation.
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Vertriebserfahrung ist von Vorteil, wichtiger ist jedoch deine Bereitschaft, dich konsequent in Prozesse einzuarbeiten und diese zuverlässig umzusetzen.
