Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Real Estate Agent** (**Tele sales Representative**) to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to generate leads, handle client inquiries, and convert prospects into successful property transactions.
This position offers a **fixed salary plus attractive commission** with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through telesales, online platforms, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or property viewings.
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project details to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Update CRM with daily call and client activity.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines from Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, telesales, or real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confident in handling high-volume outbound calls.
- Presentable and professional attitude.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
