About the Role
- Handle high-volume outbound calling with confidence and consistency to reach target customers.
- Persuade and influence potential clients using strong pitch delivery and objection-handling skills.
- Identify customer needs quickly and match them with suitable products/services to maximize conversions.
- Maintain follow-up routines with warm leads to ensure timely closures and sustained engagement.
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM accurately to maintain clear sales pipelines.
- Build rapport with customers by maintaining a positive, energetic, and professional tone during calls.
- Manage call time efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity throughout the shift.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales by applying tele sales techniques and structured selling approaches.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge
- Convert new leads into active clients as per regulations
- Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Fluent Hindi speakers only
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
