About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Tele Caller cum Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and customer communication activities.(Only spouse visa)
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, administrative knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tele Calling / Administrative Support
- Spouse Visa is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Mandatory experience in Cargo / Freight Forwarding industry
- Knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations is mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and office documentation professionally
- Pleasant personality with customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and appointments
- Maintain customer databases and records
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
- Support day-to-day office operations and filing systems
Preferred Profile
- candidates with Arabic speaking ability will be given priority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
